All rooms have en-suite bathroom, 32” LCD TV, air conditioning, toddler travel cots (0–3 years), external kitchen, baby bottle warmer, boiler, hairdryer, iron and washing machine.
The rooms are available after 14:00 and must be left by 12:00 at the latest.
From 10 September to 20 June: double room € 75.00, triple room € 120.00, room for single use € 40.00.
From 21 June to 10 September: double room € 85.00, triple room € 130.00, room for single use € 65.00.
Additional bed € 15.00
Children: aged 4–12 € 10.00.

Bills must be settled upon arrival.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings for stays exceeding 3 days.
Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
A € 6.00 surcharge applies for daily changing of towels and bed linen.
Animals are not allowed.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 12:00.
Guests are responsible for keeping their personal items, therefore we decline all responsibility for missing goods.
Each guest must be registered upon arrival by exhibiting a valid identification document, pursuant to the current laws.
No other guests besides those indicated on the notification sheet shall be allowed.
We always welcome any claims, complaints or mere suggestions as they help us to improve our service. However, we shall not take into account any refund requests we receive from guests after their stay.
Any personal data provided by you shall be processed in conformity to the confidentiality obligations set forth in (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003, using suitable equipment for guaranteeing its security.
